Develop the mind/body/breath connection, learn breathwork techniques to manage stress, build mental resilience, and experience the exhilirating rush of the cold in our small-group signature 'breath & ice' workshops. These immersive sessions will leave leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply connected to yourself.

Explore the power of your breath and deepen your mind/body/breath connection. Through learning and practicing breathing techniques, you will tap into a state of heightened awareness, release tension, and cultivate a sense of control and calm.

Book a small group private session for 1 to 2 people, or for a larger group of up to 16 people to focus on breathwork techniques, or to have a full breath & ice experience.
